Training and Facilitation
Partnering with individuals and organizations, I offer a variety of leadership and professional development training programs and workshops. I also conduct focus groups and facilitate strategic meetings.

Highlighted below is a partial listing of some of my training offerings. Topics and content may be customized to meet your specific needs. Training may be offered as a half-day or full-day program. In addition, topics may be combined and offered in a modular format over a period of time. To assure the training offered is truly effective and meets your objectives, content is customized to your organization and reinforced with action planning and coaching.

Leadership and Professional Development
  • Emerging Leaders - New Manager Development Series: Targeted for individuals being groomed for a management role or new to management. Participants will have an opportunity to attend three, ½ day training offerings, over a 3-month period. Individuals will discuss and plan the transition into their new role, explore their primary job duties, learn best practices, and identify opportunities for growth and development. In between each session, participants will have an opportunity to apply what they learned, gain feedback, and discuss their experience at the next offering. The focus is on continual development and immediate application and utilization of concepts learned.
  • Evolving Leaders - The Leadership Forum: Middle to senior level leaders participate in a facilitated discussion for 1-2 hours on a specific leadership topic. Special focus on overcoming obstacles and identifying best practices.
